Easy Exchange & Return

At Zouka, we want every step to feel just right 💛. If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, don’t worry — we’ve made our returns & exchanges process simple and hassle-free.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

When You Can Request an Exchange or Return

We accept requests in the following cases:

·       The product received looks different from what was shown on our website.

·       The product has a manufacturing defect.

·       The shoe size isn’t the right fit for your little one.

🔄 Exchanges

·       If your exchange request is approved, Zouka will cover all shipping costs.

·       Exchanges are available for size issues, product defects, or if the item does not match the product description/photos.

💳 Returns

·       If you paid by credit card, Tabby, or Tamara, your refund will be processed back to the same payment method.

·       If you paid cash on delivery, the refund will be added as a credit balance to your Zouka wallet for future purchases.

·       For products purchased during special promotions, returns are not applicable unless there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, you may request an exchange.
